Nashville, TN – Aspen Entertainment announced today the release and posting of the movie trailer for its new feature film documentary “Bobby Whitlock – Out of the Shadow”. Based on the recording of Whitlock’s new and soon to be released music album filmed on location in El Paso, TX., Los Angeles, CA. and Austin, TX.

Robert “Bobby” Whitlock is an American singer, songwriter and musician. He is best known as a member of the blues-rock band Derek and the Dominos, with Eric Clapton, in 1970–71.

In the fall of 2017 Whitlock went back into the recording studio for the first time in 10 years under the direction and guidance of world renowned music producer Rob Fraboni. At Sonic Studios in Tornillo, Texas, Shangri-La Studios in Malibu, California and Church House Studios in Austin Texas Fraboni brought together a collaboration of top line talent to accompany Whitlock and CoCo Carmel in the recording and production of 24 original Whitlock songs together known as “The Bobby Whitlock Tornillo Recordings”.

“Bobby Whitlock Out Of The Shadow” is an unprecedented look from behind the scenes, live while Whitlock records his new music.
